ORDINANCE NO. 1943.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
FROM SPECIAL STREET FUND UNAPPOROPRIATED ACCOUNT TO SPECIAL STREET FUND m+,Z
ROLL .ACCOUNT s--4 IN THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLAR; ND T; THE SPECIAL
STREET FUND :NORM SEWER !MATERIALS ACCOUNT 3-22 IN THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED,
DOLLAR; AND rP:CLARING AN EMERGENCY THEREFORE AND PROVIDING FOR THE TAKING ERKE
EFFECT THEREOF.
SECTION 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, that there be and there hereby is appropriated the sum of two thousan
five hundred dollars from the Special Street Fund Unapporpriated and that the
same be credited as follows and to the following accounts:
To the Special Street Fund Pay Roll Account s-4----$2000.00
To the Special Street Fund RzXxRak3c storm
Sewer Materials Account 5-22
Total $2500 .00
SECTION 2. Be it further ordained that an extra ordinary emergency
for the foregoing apporpriat Ion exists
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
Its passage, approval of the Mayor, publication as by law required, and
approval oft the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
