That there be and there hereby is, appropriated a sum of $71,590.00 to the Street
Department from the Street Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, and that the same
shall be apart and budgeted for various items and expenditures, as follows, to wit:

_SECTION 2 That said expenditures as provided for in Section 1, shall be made and
performed between Jan. 1, 1944 and Dec. 31, 19�4 inclusive.
SECTION 3 That said moneys as -appropriated and budgeted, are restricted solely to
the use for construction, re -construction, and.maintenance of the streets and alleys
of the City of Richmond', Ind; pursuant to an Act passed by the General Assembly of
the State of Indiana., and approved by Governor of said State at 3 P.M,March, 10, 1941.
SECTION 4 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from.and after its
passage by the Common Council,. signature of the President thereof affixed, and
submission to and approval by Nayor of said City of Ricbnond, Indiana.
