BE IT ORDAINED by the ,Common Council of the City of Richmond, !w'a County, Indiana.• SECTION -No. 1--That the following, described territory be annexed tc and declared to be a part of the said City of Richmond, Indiana: Being a part of the Southwest Quarter of. Section 29*, Township 14 North, Range,l west, and beginning at the intersection of the east- erly right of way like of the Cincinnati, Richmond and Fort..Wayne Railway; now the .Pennsylvania Railroad, and the north corporation. line of the City of Richmond, in Northwest N Street; thence northwestwardly along the said easterly right of way, line of. the Cincinnati, Richmond and For''t Wayne Railway; to -its,' -inter- section with the center line of the Uilliamsburg Pike; thence eastwardly and southeastwardly, along the center line 'of said' Williamsburg Pike, to the present north ,corporation line of 'the City of Richmond, in Northwest N Street; thencewest along the said north corporation line in Northwest N Street to the place of beginning. SECTION -No. 2--BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED- That the provisions of Gen- eral Ordinance No. 741-1925, , commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance,, approved April 2.4,1923, and'as amended, be and are hereby amended, supplemented, changed and extended so as to include the above described territory which shall be zoned as follows: INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT 2400 Sq. Ft. AREA DISTRICT 80 Feet--- HEIGHT DISTRICT SECTION -No. 3--BL IT It"RTHER ORDAINED --'that the followirng describe territory be annexed to and declared to be a part of the said City of Richmond, , Indiana : Being a part of the South. Half of Section 29 , Township 14 North, Range 1 West, 'and beginning at a point in the north corporation line of the City of Richmond,. Indiana, and the center line of the present Williamsburg Pike, at its intersection with Northwest N Street; thence east, along the extension of the'said north. corporation line, to the westerly right of way line of 'the Chesapeake -and Ohio Railway; thence southeastwardly along the said westerly right of way line of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway to the south line of said .Section 29, being also the corporation line of the City of. Richmond; thence west along the present corporation line to the center line of Sheridan Street; thence -north and northwestwardly along the present -corporation line in Sheridan Street and the Williamsburg Pike to the place of beginning. SECTION -No. 4--BE, IT FUR ME ORDAINED --That the provisions of General Ordinance No. 741-1923, commonly known as the Zoning' Ordinance', approved -April 24z� 1923,-and -a-s-ame-nded-,;_be__and.-ar,e:.. hereby amended, supplemented, changed and extended so as to 'incl ud the above described territory which shall be .zoned as follows':., DIvELLING HOUSE DISTINCT 4800 Sq.
