AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE RATE AND THE AMOUNT OF TAXES FOR MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES TO BE LEVIED ON PROPERTY AND POLLS WITHIN THE CITY OF RICH-
MOND, INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 194) AND COLLECTED IN THE YEAR 1944.
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of -:-Richmond,
Indiana, that the amount of taxes to be levied on property and polls
within the City of Richmond, Indiana, for 1943 and collected in 1944 shall
be $ �5q, Q22. 35 and the rate of such tax and the purposes thereof
shal=ee as follows:
A.For the General Fund
B. For the Sinking Fund of said City for

Section 2. Said taxes shall be collected and -.paid as provided by an Act
of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, entitled, " AN ACT
CONCERNING MUNICIPAL CORPORATIONS " approved -March 6th, 1905, and all sx1azz
subsequent parts thereof amendatory and/or supplements}i thereof and theret,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after it's passage by Common Council, submission to and approavl of the
Mayor, notice as required by lave.
