AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED
SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND .AND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,263,300.00)
OUT OF THE FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POWER
PLANT OF THE -CITY OF RICHtMOND, INDIANA TO THE VARIOUS ACCOUNTS
OF SAID PLANT -FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JANUARY 15 1944,
AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1944.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICMj1OND, INDIANA, that for the year beginning January 1, 1944,
and ending December 31, 1944, the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED
SIXTY-THREF; THOUSAND AND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS (4151263, 300.00)
be, and the same is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the
Municipal Electric Lighting & Pourer Plant of said City, and is
hereby set apart for various items of expenditure as follows, tc
