AN ORDINANCE "TRANSFEAING FROM' ;THE GENERAL, FUND OF .THE CITY OF RICHMOND
INDIANA THE SUM OF'$200'.00.to the DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY COURT ACCOUNT
NO. 2$ PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT TO SPECIAL. JUDGES IN.SAID,CITY COURT PRO-'
VIDING FOR THE DATE_ OF TAILING EFFECT AND DECLARING AN .EXTRAORDINARY Eli-
E.RGENCY THEREFORE
WHEREAS: There is an emergency need�for the.transfer of,.sertaln funds
from the General :Funds 'f said City of Riehnond, Indiana. to 'the -City Court
Department to provide money for the payment of Special Judges of the City
Court because said present . funds so available for said purpdse- a.re almost
exhaustei
NOW THEREFORE:
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmondl,
Indiana that there be and there hereby - is appropriated out of the General
Funds of the City of Richmond, the -sum of $900.00 the sane 'to be transfered
to -and credited to and placed in Account #28 under the City Court Department
Bunds to be used in the payment of Special Judges 'serving in said City -
Court. That an emergency exists therefore.
S'eetion 2. This ordinance to be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval by the Mayor, publication as by'litw.required and the
approval of the -State Board of Tax Commissioners. '•
