ACCOUNT OF THE IviUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POVYER PLANT OF THE
CITY OF RICHVViOND, INDIANA, TO A NEW ACCOUNT TO BE KNOWN AS �JJ

Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COIALMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RICHiuOND, INDIANA, that there be, and there is hereby transferred
amounts in the accounts of the Municipal Electric Lighting &
Po,j�Ter Plant of said City, as follows to twit:
TRANSFER FROM:
Construction -Turbo -generator account $250,000.00
TRANSFER TO:
Construction -Interconnection 250,000.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, signature .of the President of the Common
Council, approval of the Mayor.
