AN ORDINANCE TRANSFEAING THE Si1M OF.$2100.00 FROM THE CONTINGENCY
FUND TO THE RICHMOND-OIVILIAN DEFENSE COUNCIL TO DEFRAY OPERATING
EXPENSES OF SAID CIVILIAN DEFENSE COUNCIL' THRU ' THE YEAR. 19430
Section 'l . 'Be ''it, ordainp;d 'by the Common- Council of the City ,of
Richmond that there be and. there hereby,is transferred from the
Contingency Fund'of the City of Richmond,. Indiana the sum of
$2100.00, and that said amount be. placed in the Richmond Civilian
Defense Council -Fund. which fund Was created by ordinance. passed
October 19th,'1942.
Section 2. Be , it further ordained that said sum be' used 'to defray
the operating expenses, of said Civilian Defense Council ,under the
guidance and control of the .Mayor of Richmond, Indiana as . provided
for in the aforesaid Ordinance No..:1244-1942 passed Oct. Ah,1924..
Section 3. This ordinance shall' be in full force and effect on and
after its passage by the Common Council, and approval of the Mayor.
