AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED
FORTY-NINE 'THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,249,600.) OUT
OF' THE FUNDS OF THE P,IUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING & POI.b'ER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICMIOND, INDIANA TO THE VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF SAID
PLANT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COiMENCIN G JANUARY 1, 1943, AND ENDING
DECEMBER 315, 1943.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COTIMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY .OF
RICHILIOND, INDIANA, that for the year beginning January 1, 1943,
and ending December 31, 1943, the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED
FORTY-NINE THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,249,600.) be, and
the same is hereby appropriated out of the funds of the Municipal
Electric Lighting & Power Plant of said City, and is hereby set
apart for various items of expenditure_ as follows, to wit:
