THIS ADDENDUM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 83-2011) is made and entered into
this loth day of Ma , 2012, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal
corporation acting through its Board of Aviation Commissioners with its office at 5169
South State Road 227, Richmond, Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and Group
Growth Services, Inc., a Florida corporation authorized to do business in the State of Indiana
with its principal office at 930 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter
referred to as "Lessee").
WHEREAS, City and Lessee entered into Contract No. 83-2011, which Contract
contains an option to renew which the parties wish to exercise for the
term of one (1) year from May 1, 2012, to April 30, 2013; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to amend the Airport "Dana Hangar" Lease known as
Contract No. 83-2011 in order that the Contract may be extended to
April 30, 2013 under the same terms and conditions pursuant to said
option to renew.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein
contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Lessee hereby agree as follows:
1. The City and Party executed and entered into Contract No. 83-2011, on June
9, 2011. Contract No. 83-2011 is incorporated by reference.
2. Pursuant to Contract No. 83-2011, Numbered Paragraph 1, the Lessee has an
option to renew the Agreement for an additional year, which option is
exercised pursuant to this Addendum.
3. Both parties hereby agree to renew Contract No. 83-2011 with the same terms
and conditions set forth in that Agreement, with the exception that the date of
the term shall be extended to April 30, 2013.

4. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extended date,
Contract No. 83-2011 shall remain intact and unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addendum is executed and approved by the
undersigned representatives of the City and Lessee this _loth , day of May ,
2012, to be effective in accordance with its terms as of May 1, 2012.
