SECTIOn? 2. That said ea_penditure as provided for ir_ Section 1 shall be made
and _preformed between January 1st, 194.2 inclusive and January 1st 1943.
SECTION 3. That said moneys as appropriated and budgeted are restricted to '
the use solely for the construction or re oonstruction and maintenance of the
Streets and alleys of the said City of Richmond, Indiana., pursuant to an Act
passed by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana and approved by the
Governor of the State of Indiana., at 3 P. M. March loth, 1941, to be found on
page 515 of the 1941 Acts of the Indiana, General Assembly designated as
Chapter 167. Said Act having provided for the payment of practically all
the money herein appropriated and Budgeted from the Motor vehicle Highway
Account of the State of Indiana to the City of Richmond, Indiana, Street
Fund.
SECTION.4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect frog and afthr
its passage, signature of the President of the Common Council, approval of
the Mayor.
