ACCOUNT NO. 42, BOARD OF -kORKS FOR TELEPHONE AND "TLLLGRAPH AND llLCIARING

%HERLAS, 'there is an emergency need for additional funds to be
expended by the Board of Works for Police Radio 'Maintenance and also
there being an emergency need for the transfer of additional funds to
the Board of Works for Telephone and Telegraph, all to, be taken from
the General Fund._
NOtii THERLFORE :
Section 1. Be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, that there be and there is hereby appropriated out
of the General Fund of said city, the sum of j�100.00 to Account No, 58
Board of aiorks Police Radio I::aintenance'.
Section 2. Be it further ordained by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana that there be, and there is hereby appro-
priated out of the General Fund of said city the sum of 00.00 to
Account No. 42 Board of ,vorks for Telephone and Telegrapli.
Section.3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval by the Mayor, publication as by
law required and the approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners.
