An ordinance transferring the sum
of $1 ;000.00 from the Street and
Track Repair Account of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, to the Gener-
al Fund of said City, and providing
'for notice thereof.
WHEREAS, there is the sum of .11.,000:00,
in the Street and Track Repair Account of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, which is not, and will not be used for
the purpose for which it was created, and
WHEREAS, there is an actual need for said
sure in the General Fund of said City in order that it may
carxy on its necessary governmental functions, now, there-
fore,
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COM11ON COTDTCII, OF
THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, that there be, and there is
hereby transferred from the Street and Track Repair Account
of the City of Richmond, Indiana, to the General Fund of
said City the sum of $1,000.00.
Section 2. The City Clerk of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, shall give ten days notice by posting written or
printed notices in at ,east three public places in said
City, stating. the time and place when and where the Common
Council will meet to consider the transfer of the above
f unds.
Section 3. This- ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval of the 'Mayor and
after notice as in this ordinance specified.'
