VILLAGE OF PLIIINFIEI.D, 'GaILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
That Chapter 7, Article 5, Section 5--1 of the Codified
Ordinances of the Village of Plainfield be amended by
inserting as Section 5-1-1 (c) the following:
Section 5-1-1(c) 'T'hat anything to the contrary stated
in the Illinois State Plumbing Cade 1969 Edition not
withstanding from and after the effective date of this
Ordinance, water service from the public water supply
buffalo box to water meter sha11 be type "IC" or equal
copper tubing or pipe.
This Ordinance shall be considered separable and the invalidity
of any section, clause, paragraph, sentence or p>;'avisian of the
Ordinance shall, not affect the validity of any othex' portion of
this Ordinance.
All ordinazices or parts of ordinances conflicting wit11 any
of the provisions of this ordinance be az~d the sane are hereby
repealed.
This ordinance shall. take effect from and alter its passage.
and publication as provided by law and shall be numbered as
