Reg., Meeting, Sep. 6 , 1960
Mayor Groninga Presiding:
Councilmen Present-Luwe-Tjaden-Huisman-Stair-Eckhoff.
Minutes of last meeting read and on motionby Eckhoff second by Huisman were
approved.
Motion by Luwe second by Tjaden to file treasures reports carried.
Motion by Huisman second by Eckhoff to approve cigarette permit application
and bond of Sathers Coffee Shops carried.
Motion by Starr second by Luwe to cancel cigarette permit and bond of Sam &
Tillie Boekhoff� carried.
It was moved by councilman Lester Huisman seconed by councilman Eckhoff that
the laws and rules providing that ordiances shall be fully and distinctly
read on three different days be suspended and be dispensed with and that
ordinance NO 133 be placed upon its last reading.

L. J. Groninga thereupon declared the motion carried and ordinance NO 133
was then placed upon its last reading and was read the last time.
Tb.ereupon it was moved by councilman Lester Huisman and seconed by
councilman Eckhoff yhat ordinance no l33 be placed upon its final passage and
passed.

installations be prepared as a prelimiary to the offering of a resolution
(if necessity for the building of side walk at the Polling property.
