CHAPTER 9
ARTICLE 4
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FOUR WAY STOP INTERSECTIONS
BE IT ORDAINED SY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 4--1-4: Four Wa Stop Intersections. Drivers of
vehicles crossing the intersections below listed are re-
quired to stop at such intersections before crossing:
Ottawa Street and DesPlaines Street
Ottawa Street and Fox River Street
PENALTY: The penalty for violating this Ordinance shall be
the same penalty for violating other traffic ordinances as
provided in Chapter 9 of the Codified Ordinances of the
Village of Plainfield.
SEVERANCE: Tf any .part of this Ordinance shall for any
reason be held invalid, such decision shall. not effect
the validity of the remaining parts of this ordinance.
EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall be in effect from
and a ter its passage, approval and publication and shall
be numbered Ordinance No. ~--
