AN ODINAATCE FIXING AND DETER'v`INING THE ANNUAL SALARIES TO BE
PAID TO THE MAYOR, THE CITY CONTROLLER, THE CITY CLERK, THE
CITY JUDGE, THE COUNTY TREASURER ACTING AS EX-OFFICIO CITY
TREASURER, THE CITY ATTORNEY, THE CITY CIVIL ENGINEER, THE
CONrtrON COUNCIL, AND THE COUNTY AUDITOR FOR HIS SEVICES
RENDERED THE CIVIL CITY OF RICHMOND, FOR THE PERIOD FOR 11,HICH
SAID OFFICERS MAY BE SEVERALLY ELECTED AT THE ELECTION OF
CITY OFFICERS TO BE HELD IN THE YEAR 1938, OR APPOINTED
THEREAFTER.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Common Council of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, that the following officers
who shall either be elected at the election.of
City Officers of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
held in the year-1938, or appointed or chosen
as the'result::.of-,tne .taidl.election, shall receive
during the_'.tet m_--of their respective offices as
their annual salaries the following respective
amounts, to -wit:.

SECTION 2. This ordinate shall take effect from and after
