The lot is too large to build on. The lot value is too large to build a small apartment and to build a large building makes it impossible to finance, there- fore it makes it necessary to cut it up in order to improve it. Two reasonable size apartments would be a good investment and added tax value to the City. Trusting the commission can see my reason for my request.
