Sullivan, City Manager SUBJECT Applicat ton of Mr. George Dado Reference is made to the application of Mr. George Dado, 2013 La Salle Drive, for the subdivision of this property known as Lot 1, Block 1, Beresford Manor. As discussed verbally with Mr. Atkinson, I have requested and received a letter from Mr. Dado, in w'iich he agrees to pay his resulting assessment for the improvements to City standards of La Salle Drive, copy of which letter is attached. Further, Mr. Dado in this letter, you will note, actually petitions the City Council to start proceedings for the improvement of La Salle Drive. It seems reasonable to me, un6er these above sated con- ditions, for the Planning Department and the Engineering De- partment to proceed with the approval of this property sub- division. Therefore, please consider this your authorization, and authority for the files of the two departments, to proceed with the approval of this subdivision of less than five (5) lots as originally requested by the applicant, Mr. George Dado.
