We are enclosing herewith three prints
of our Dwg. No. 01811 showing the subdivision of Lot 18
and a portion of Lot 21 Block 3 El Cerrito Park, which
drawing has been duly approved by the City Engineer.
Seven prints have been delivered to the planning depart-
ment and all is clear for the issuance of a building permit.
We are also enclosing a new form which is
now required for clearance of these maps. Please sign and
mail to the City of San Mateo to the attention of the
Planning Engineer and they will forward it to the County
Assessor with a print which they now have.
