Fremont Street with the Southeasterly line of Santa Ynes Avenue; running
thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of Fremont Street, 72
feet; running thence Northeasterly parallel with the Southeasterly
line of Santa Ynes Avenue, 54 feet to the Northeasterly line of Lot 17
hereinafter referred to; running thence Northwesterly along the last
