DESCRIPTION
All that real property in the City of Son Mateo, County
of San Mateo, Rate of California, described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the Northeasterly line of the Main County Road,
running between San Mateo and Redwood City, which point is distant South
38° 46' East 1012.70 feet from the corner common to the properties of
McRorie-McLaren Company and Elise C. Hyne, which point of commencement
is South 33° 46+ East 101 feet from the most Westerly corner of the land
conveyed to L. Aydukovich, by Deed dated January 10, 1923, and recorded
January 18, 1923 in Book 63 of Official Records at page 125, Records of
San Mateo County, California; thence from said point of beginning, North-
easterly 334.40 feet, more or less, to a point on the Southwesterly line
of the right-of-way of the Peninsula Railroad Company, which point is
South 33° 59+ East 101 feet from the most Northerly corner of the land con-
veyed to L. Aydukovich by Deed above mentioned; thence South 33° 59' East
46 feet; thence Southwesterly 330.50 feet, more or less, to point on said
line of Main County Road, which is South 38° 46+ East 46 feet from the
point of beginning; thence North 38° 46' West 46 feet to the point of
commencement.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof described in Deed to the State
of California for Highway purposes, detect October 15, 1936, and recorded
April 13, 1937 in Book 739 of Official Records at page 164, Records of
San Mateo County, California.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over a strip of land
13 feet wide lying along and Northwesterly of a portion of the Northwesterly
boundary of hereinabove described property and extending from the North-
easterly line of said Main County Roai as established by said Deed to State
of California, Northeasterly for a distance of 150 feet.
ALSO TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over a parcel of
land described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly boundary
of said last described 13 foot strip Of land distant thereon 70 feet
Northeasterly from the Northeasterly line of said Main County Road as
established by said Deed to State; thence Northeasterly along the boundary
of said 13 foot strip 8o feet; thence at right angles Northwesterly 35 feet;
thence at right angles Southwesterly 80 feet; thence at right angles
Southeasterly 35 feet to the point of beginning.
As said appurtenant easements are reserved in Deed from Leon G. Brlckman,
