of San Mateo County, California, on May 26, 1938 in Book 21 of
Maps at pages 74 and 76 and adjacent acreage described as
follows;
BEGINNING at most northerly corner of Lot 1, as shown on the
map above mentioned, thence from said point of beginning North
62 47' 25" East 5.27 feet; hence North 78° 36' 30" East
136.69 filet; thence South 53 54' 20" East 59.00 feet; thence
South 68 18' 15" vast 74.44 feet; thence South 710 29' 15"
West 186.76 feet to the most easterly corner of said Lot 2 as
shown on the map above mentioned; thence Northwesterly along
