Following notiftcotion of approval by the City Engineer, appliant shall furnish to the City Engineer six blue line
prints of said map.
SEWERS
In the event the City Engineer determines that ony work is required to provide a sanitory sewer to any parcel
herein created, a faithful performance deposit satisfactory to the City Engineer shall be mode with the application.

BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southeasterly line of
38th Avenue (formerly Cumming Avenue) with the Southwesterly line
of Colegrove Street (formerly Auburn Avenue); thence from said
point of beginning South 62° 150 West along the Southeasterly line
of 38th Avenue a distance of 116.70 feet; thence leaving the line
