Gentlemen:
At the regular meeting of the San Lateo City
Planning Commission hold November 14, 1940, a map of the
proposed subdivision of a portion of Bruno Property
looated on the northerly side of 22nd Avenue, 500' oast
of Isabelle Avenue was submitted by Nor. D. J. Bartelme
for approval.
After due hearing and consideration it was the
recommendation of the Planning Commission that as the sub-
division met with all the requirements of Pap Ordinances
357 and 471, that said subdivision be approved.

herein created, a faithful performance deposit satisfactory to the City Engineer shall be made with the application.
