Gentlemen:
At the regular meeting of the San Lateo City
Planning Commission hold November 14, 1940, a map of the
proposed subdivision of a portion of Bruno Property
looated on the northerly side of 22nd Avenue, 500' oast
of Isabelle Avenue was submitted by Nor. D. J. Bartelme
for approval.
After due hearing and consideration it was the
recommendation of the Planning Commission that as the sub-
division met with all the requirements of Pap Ordinances
357 and 471, that said subdivision be approved.

1940, the rap of the proposed subdivision of the Bruno 4.2 acre tract, located
on the northerly side of 22nd Avenue and extending from Isabelle Avenue 804.2
feet easterly, was submitted by air. H. F. Bramlett for tentative approval.
After due hearing and consideration it was the recommendation of the
Commission that said map be given tentative approval subject to:

The presentation of the final map containing the names of the
owners and interested parties.
The setting back the street lines on 22nd Avenue ten (10) feet.
The establishment of a fifteen (15) foot setbaok line back of
new line.
Any required re-establishment of lot lines on the east side of
tract to make the lots conform to the areas end widths required
by the Zoning Ordinance.
