BEGINNING at the most Westerly corner of Lot 4, as said
lot is shown on the map entitled "Harris Subdivision San Mateo,
San Mateo County, Calif.", which map was filed in the office
of the Recorder of theCounty of San Mateo, State of California
on February 6, 1964 in Volume 59 of maps at page 42; thence
from said point of beginning along the Southwesterly line of
said Lot 4 South 18°53'25" East 40.40 feet; thence South 71°29'
15" West 2.93 feet to the corner common to Lots 3 and 4, as
said lots are shown on the above mentioned map; thence North
17°44'29" West 46.40 feet; thence North 71°29'15" East 2.00
feet to the point of beginning.

MAP OF PROPERTY
A map of the property (see sample map on back side) 81/2x11 or 11x17 inches in size drawn on cloth or tracing
paper shall be submitted with the application and sholl show: all existing and new property lines, dimension and
bearing of every lot line, all existing structures and distances from proposed property lines, all easements, all
abutting streets including names, right of way widths and curb to curb pavement widths; plus any other pertinent
information as may be necessary or required by the City Engineer.
Following notification of approval by the City Engineer, oppliant shall furnish to the City Engineer six blue line
prints of said mop.
SEWERS
In the event the City Engineer determines that any work is required to provide a sanitary sewer to any parcel
herein created, a faithful performance deposit satisfactory to the City Engineer shall be mode with the application.
