MAP OF PROPERTY
A map of the property (see sample map on back side) Bt/2x11 or 11x17 inches in size drawn on cloth or tracing
paper shall be submitted with the application and shall show: all existing and new property lines, dimension and
bearing of every lot line, all existing structures and distances from proposed property lines, all easements, all
abutting streets including names, right of way widths and curb to curb pavement widths; plus any other pertinent
information as may be necessary or required by the City Engineer.
Following notification of approval by the City Engineer, appliant shall furnish to the City Engineer six blue line
prints of said map.
SEWERS
In the event the City Engineer determines that any work is required to provide a sanitary sewer to any ponce)
herein created, a faithful performance deposit satisfactory to the City Engineer shall be made with the application.
APPLICATION:
