and recorded December 18, 1934 in Book 638 of Official Reoords of
San Mateo County at page 419, said point bearing South 71030' West
along the northwesterly line of 22nd Avenue, 492.01 feet from its
intersection with the southwesterly line of El Camino Real, as same
existed prior to 1932 and North 41 10' West, along the southwesterly
boundary of land so conveyed, 105 feet from said northwesterly line
of 22nd Avenue; thence from said point of beginning,0alonf said
southwesterly boundary of land so conveyed, North 41 10' West 92.98
feet to the most westerly corner og said land; thence parallel with
said line of 22nd Avenue, iiorth 71 30' East 138.22 feet to the
southwesterly boundary of land conveyed by Deed from Mary D. Ross
etal to Salvador Lodato, dated August 15, 1924 and recorded August
