BEGINNING at a point on the southerly boundary line of that certain
5 sore tract of land described in dead from Andrew 3. Barron to
Christian Stader, dated February 1£, 1907 and recorded March 21,
1907 in Book 137 of Deeds at page 284, distant thereon S. 70° 447
W 213.04 feet from the moat easterly corner of said 5 acre tract;
thence from said point of beginning N 270 41r W 15.16 feet to the
southeasterly line of the lands described in Deed from Anna Mader
to George Clark and wife, dated May 29, 1940 and recorded June 1,
1940 in Book 890 of Official Records at page 482 (Recorder's File
No. 89913-D); thence along the southeasterly, southwesterly and
northwesterly lines of said lands of Clark, 370° 447 West 121.29
feet; N 27° 417 W 104.27 feet and N 600 00' S 0.44 feet to the
southwesterly boundary pf the lands described in Deed from Fred
Stader to Harold H. Groth and Jean F. Groth, his wife, dated May
23, 1950 and recorded May 26, 1950 in Book 1866 of Official
Records at page 355; thence along said southwesterly boundary
N 27 37' West 99.76 feet to the northerly boundary of said 5 acre
tract; thence along said last mentioned boundary line 3 610 267
West 154.16 feet to the easterly line of Flores St., as established
by Final Judgement of Condemnation recorded August 18, 1950 in
Book ;921 of Official Records ag page 485; thence along said
easterly line of Flores it. 3 1 58' E 146.58 feet; and along a
curve to the left having a radius of 305 feet for a distance of
53.70 feet, to the southerly line of the above mentioned 5 acre
tract; thence along said southerly line N. 70° 44' E 361.48 feat
to the point of beginning.

utilities, as granted by Dead of Dedication of Easement from
