Dear Mr. Sullivan,
The owners of the property known as Lot 35 and a portion of
Lot 36, Block 32, Sunnybrae Map #3, San Mateo desire to
adhere to the cities recommendation, and are filing herewith
a less than 5 lot subdivision. This would allow an 11,5
portion of Lot 36 to be incorporated with, and referred to as
all of Lot 35. This procedure, as we understand it, would
allow a building to be constructed on the above -mentioned
portion of Lot 36, rather than having to hold back to the
property line of Lot 35.
We hope that the enclosed application and maps are acceptable
to the City of San tfateo.
