AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($998,900.00) OUT OF THE FUNDS
OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER PLANT OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TO THE VARIOUS ACCOUNTS OF SAID PLANT FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 1939 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31,'-
1939, AS FOLLOWS TO-t'IT:
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, that for the year
beginning January 1, 1939 and ending December
31, 1939,-the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($998,900.00), be
and the same is hereby appropriated out of the
funds of the Municipal Electric Lighting and
Power Plant of the said City, and is hereby set
apart for the expenses of said plant, .� ���yy,J-1"YJ77
Section 2> This ordinance shall be in full force and effect`
from and after its passage and the approval of
the Mayor.
