Gentlemen:
A
At the regular meeting of the San Mateo City
Planning Commission held October 10, 1940, a rap of the
proposed subdivision of Lot 10, Trout Subdivision,
Beresford Park, located at the northwest corner of 29th
Avenue and Isabelle Street was submitted by the California
Pacific Title and Trust Company, for the owners, for
approval.
Alter due hearing and consideration it was
the recommendation of the Planning Commission that as the
subdivision net with all the requirements of the Map
Ordinances No. 337 and No. 471, that said subdivision
be approved subjoot to the establishing the building
setback lines.
