We, the undersigned, being the owners of the hereinafter described real
property, being assessment number 156 , under the above numbered
proceedings do hereby request that in lieu of the unpaid assessment of said
property, which is now in the amount of $ 532.44 , the assessment be
divided to conform with the division of the said property in the manner here-
inafter set forth, and we hereby do consent to the assessment of the said
property as so divided and the issuance of bonds thereon.
The description of the property as presently assessed is as follows:
Lot 3 Westwood Knolls
The division and assessment requested thereon is as follows:
Parcel No. 1 to be known as Assessment No. 156 A
Amount to be assessed at $ 504.94 , principal.
Commencing at the most southerly corner of lot 3, as said lot is shown
on that certain map entitled, "Westwood Knolls, San Mateo, California" which
map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, Cal.
on June 13, 19b6 in Volume 25 of maps at page 6U.
Thence from said point of beginning N 27°45' W 114.14 feet along the
southwesterly boundary of said lot 3, to a point on the northwesterly bound-
ary of lot 3, thence along the Northwesterly line of said lot 3, also being
the southerly right of way line of 39th Ave., N 62°15' E 55.10 feet; thence
5 27°45' E ]14.14 feet to a point on the Southeasterly line of the afore-
mentioned lot 3; thence along the southeasterly line of lot 3, S 62°15' E
55.10 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel No. 2 to be known as Assessment No. 156 8 . Amount to be
assessed at 427.50 principal and 48.92 interest which was paid to
the City Treasurer on 1-2-52.
Northeasterly 3 feet of Lot 3 - Westwood Knolls.
We further consent to the cancellation of Bond No. 108 now
issued to represent unpaid assessments on the said property presently
assessed and the division of said bond into one bond$ to represent the
principal amount on unpaid assessments on said property as divided, and to
pay to the bond owner the sum of $10.00 cash on each new bond.
