The City Engineer's Office has contacted the owners of the lots represented by Assessments Nos. 5 and 36-B. Assessment 5 is levied on Lot 5. At the present time there remains a prinoipal balance of $1,846.80 on a prior assessment on Lot 5 under Resolution of Intention No. 51-7. The owner of Lot 5 has presented a plan for a subdivision of the lot into four parcels (5A, 5B, 5C and 5D), and if it approved by you and the City, he will pay oft the principal balance of $1,846.80 on the prior assessment. If the new subdivision le permitted, the area of Lot 5A would be 6,328 square feet and Lot 5B, 6,340 square feet. The proposed unpaid assessment on Lot 5A would be $794.33 and on Lot 53,$787,50. Honda would be issued on the unpaid assessment. Lots 5C and 5D would be tree from assessment. Lot 5E includes most of the triangle which was formerly Assessment No. 36-B. Herewith you will find a copy of the proposed resubdivision.
