abutting streets including names, right of way widths and curb to curb pavement widths; plus any other pertinent
information as may be necessary or required by the City Engineer.
Following notification of approval by the City Engineer, appliant shall furnish to the City Engineer six blue line
prints of said mop.

In the event the City Engineer determines that ony work is required to provide a sanitary sewer to any parcel
herein created, o faithful performance deposit satisfactory to the City Engineer sholl be made with the application.
