All that certain real property situated in the City of San Mateo,
County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows:.
Portion of Lots 242 and 243, as designated on the map entitled
"MAP OF SUBDIVISION NO. 3 SAN MATEO PAR[ SAN MATEO COUNTY CAL.',
which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County
of San Mateo, State of California on November 20, 1905 in Book
"A" of Maps at page 68 and a copy entered in Book 3 of Maps at
page 87, more particularly described as:
BEGINNING at a point in the Northeasterly line of Chester Way as
same is Shown on the map hereinafter mentioned; said point being
distant Southeasterly 60 feet along the Northeasterly line from
the most Westerly corner of Lot 242; thence along said Northeasterly
line of Chester Way South 28° 48' East 116.75 feet to an iron
monument; thence North 54° 55' Last 88.04 feet to an iron monument
in the Westerly line of land described in Deed to George M.
Philpott and wife, dated July 24, 1941 and recorded August 6, 1941
in Book 974 of Official Records of San Mateo County on page 197
(28329-E); thence along said Westerly line of land of Philpott
and its prolongation North 5° 09' West 116.6 feet to a point
on the Southeasterly line of land described in Deed to Theresa G.
Holmberg, et al, dated April 3, 1936 and recorded April 6, 1936
in Book 685 of Official Records of San Mateo County at page 247
(76914-C); thence along said line South 61° 29' West 134.4 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning. y
