AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING FORTY `i 10 THOUSAND ($42,000.00)
DOLLARS .FROM THE ACCOUNTS OF STOCK ACCOUNT FUEL AND
STOCK_ ACCOUNT .i',aEF�CHAdqDISE OF THE 11UNICIPAL ELECTRIC
LIGHTING AND POWER PLAI`TT OF THE CITY OF RICHIFOND, INDIANS,
TO VARIOUS ACCOUNTS Or THE SAID PLANT.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, that the sum of
Forty Two Thousand (842,006.00) Dollars be
and the same is hereby transferred from
the Accounts of Stock Account Fuel and
Stock Account Merchandise of.the"Funicipal
Electric Lighting- and Power Plant of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, to the following -
Accounts:
Tarnsmiscion ?a; Distribution $12,000.00
Consumption '700.00
Cuatomers,Deposits 1,300.00
Meters 5,000.00
Transformers. 2,000.00
Short Extensions 20,000.00
and that the City Controller. of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to.make such transfers.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and the approval of the
Mayor of said City.
Passed -by the Common. Council of. the City of
Richmond, Indiana, this 19th day of December, 1938.
