FIVE THOUSAND (3265,000.00 ) DOLLARS OUT OF THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE ATUNICIPAL ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER PLANT
OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, _ TO -THE ACCOUNT OF
CONSTRUCTION.

OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, that the sum of Two
