AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY CONTROLLER TO TRANS.u'ER
THE SUM OF ¶1,200. 00 OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY
OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, TO THE ACCOUNT OF RADIO OPERATORS.
WHEREAS, Wayne County, Indiana has heretofore paid to the
General Fund of the City of Richmond , Indiana, the sum of
1,200.00, said funds being paid to said City as per
agreement between the parties hereto, as to the part
payment of one radio operator, Now Therefore ;
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond , Indiana, that the City
Controller be and is hereby authorized to
transfer the sum of $1,200.00 out of the
General Fund of the City of Richmond, to
the Account of Radio Operators, which said
sum of money has been paid by the said Wayne
County, Indiana , for this express purpose.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and the
approval of the Mayor.
Passed by the Common Council of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, this 20th day of December, 1937 .
