PERSONAL PROPERTY (PURCHASE, LEASE OR SALE)
Section 4-1: Sale of Two Trucks of the Water and Sewer De artment
Be xt Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois, meeting lawfully
assembled, as follows:
Section 4--1-1: Trucks Described as Being No Loncier Necessary
or Useful to the Village: It xs no longer necessary orr useful
to the Village or for the best interests of the Village to hold
and own the following described trucks:
Title No. N981371 - 1964 fiord, z ton pick-up truck, 6 Cylinder
Title No. N981374 - 1960 International, 1 Ton Dump Truck, 6 Cylinder
Title No. M2765229~- 1959 Chevrolet Step Van, 6 Cylinder
Section 4-1-2: Village Clerk Authorized to Advertise for Bids
for the Sale: That the Village Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized and directed to insert in the Enterprise a notice
of said trucks are to be sold and to invite bids for same.
Said bids are to be received at a convenient date as set by
the Clerk. The Clerk shall present said bids to the Village
Board for action.
This Ordinance is an act pursuant to Section 11-76-4 of the
Illinois Municipal Code.
Section 4-1-3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage by at least three-fourths
of all the corporate authorities, and approval in the manner
provided by law and shall be known as Ordinance No.~.
