AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHARGES AND RATES FOR THE USE AND SERVICE
OF THE COMBINED WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLAINFIELD.

THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTYo ILLINOIS THAT CHAPTER
6 ARTICLE 3 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE 'VILLAGE OF PLAIN -
FIELD BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
That Section 3-1-6 A. have stricken therefrom the word
and numeral twelve (12) and that there be inserted in
place thereof the word and numeral fifteen (15).
That Section 3-1-6 A. 1. have stricken therefrom the
word and numeral thirty-five (35) and that there be
inserted in place thereof the word and numeral forty-
four (44).
That Section 3-1-6 B. 2. have stricken therefrom the
word and numeral thirty-five (35) and that there be
inserted in place thereof the word and numeral forty-
four (44).
That Section 3--1-6 B. 3. have stricken therefrom the
word and numeral thirty (30) and that there be inserted
in place thereof the word and numeral thirty-eight (38).
That Section 3-1r-6 B. 4. have stricken therefrom the
word and numeral twenty-five (25) and that there be in-
serted in place thereof the word and numeral thirty-
one (31) .
That Section 3-1-6 B. 5. have stricken therefrom the.
word and numeral twenty-one (21) and that there be
inserted.in place thereof the word and numeral twenty-
six (26) .
That Section 3-1-6 C. have stricken therefrom the word
and numeral six (6) and that there be inserted in place
thereof the word and numeral nine (9).
That Section 3-1-6 E. have stricken therefrom the word
and numeral six (6) and the word and .numeral thirty-five
(35) and insert in place thereof respectively the word
and numeral nine (9) and the word and numeral forty (40)

That Section 3-1-6 F. have stricken therefrom the word
and numeral six (6) and the word and numerals one and
.20/100 ($1.20) dollars and insert in place thereof res-
pectively the word and numeral nine (9) and the word and
numerals One and .75/100 ($1.75) dollars.
That Section 3-1-6 G. have stricken therefrom the word
and numeral thirty-five (35) and that there be inserted
in place thereof the word and numeral fifty (50).
That Section 3-1-13. The rates and charges set forth
therein shall take effect on the first day of November
1975. In all other respects, this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect upon its passage, approval and
publication as provided by law.
A copy of this Ordinance, properly certified by the Village
Clerk shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
of Will County, Illinois and shall be deemed Notice to all
owners of real estate of their liability for water and sewer-
age service supplied to any occupant or user of such service
on their properties.
All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall be numbered as Ordinance No. d°2 •and
shall be in full force and effect after its passage, approval and
publication.
PASSED THIS DAY OF JULY 1975.

Village Clerk of said Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois,
do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true and correct
copy of Chapter 6, Article 3, Section 3-1, Ordinance No. 808, entitled,
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHARGES AND RATES FOR THE USE AND SERVICE OF

THE COMBINED WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE SYSTEM OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLAINFIELD", which was duly passed by the President and Board of Trustees of

Village on the 21st day of July, 1975, and the original of said Ordinance
is now on file in my office.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand as Village Cleric
