AN ORDINANCE SETTING FEES
Article 5: Fees for Petition for Annexation, Zon
Variations, Zoning Changes, Zoning-Ap eals
~3e it Ordained by the President and Board of Trusters of
the Village of Plainfield, Wi11 County, Illinois, as
follows:.
That Chapter 8, Article 5, Sections 5-1 through 5-6
inclusive of the Cade of Ordinances of Ordinances
(Ord. 740) are hereby stricken, and inserted in there
place be the following:
Sec. 5-1: Fees for Petitions for Annexations: Filing
fees to accompay Petitions for Annexation to the Village
are set at Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00) Dollars.
Sec. 5-2: Fees for Petitions for Amendment to the
Zoning Ordinance: Filing Fees to accompany Petitions
for Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance are set as
follows:
5-~2-1: For Zoning or Rezoning parcels one (l)
acre or less in size: $175.00
5-~-~2: For Zoning or Rezoning parcels larger
than one (l) acre in size: $250.00
5-2-3: To revise district use on bulk require-
ments: $250.00
Sec. 5-3: Fees for Petition for Zoning Variations and
for Appeal of the Ruling of the Zoning Administration:
Fees or Petition or Zoning Variations and or Appeal
of the Ruling of the Zoning Administration: $100.00
Sec. 5-4: Fees in Addition to Applicable Changes Set
Forth in Chapter 7, Article 10 of this Code: Fees
stated ~n this Arta.cle are in addition to changes
set forth in Chapter 7, Article 10 of the Cade of
Ordinances of the Village of Plainfield where applicable.

Sec. 5-5: Fees Must.be Paid..Prior to Consideration
of petitions= o Agpl cation descri ed in Sections
5-1, 5-2, and 5-3 above shall be considered until
sand fees are filed.
Sec. 5-6: Any petitions described above initiated
by the Village of Plainfield or any other taxing
body may be exempted from all fees stated above.
Sec. 5--'~; All ordinances, or portions of ordinances,
in conflict herewith shall be and the same are
repealed.
Sec. 5-8: If any section or any portion thereof of
this Ordinance shall for any reason be held invalid.
such decision shall not affect the validity of the
remaining portion of such section, or the. remaining ;
portions of this Ordinance.
Sec. 5-9; This Ordinance shall be in full farce and
effect from and after its passage, approval and
publicatioin as required by law and }ae Numbered as
Ordinance No» ...~;.
