WHEREAS, The City of Richmond does not have sufficient
:storage spade for either it' s trucks or machinery, and .
WHEREAS, Much of .this equipment 'is left exposed to the ,
• . elements, and by reason thereof the life-of said equipment
` - - -is materially shortened, and .
1NHRREA3, The amount of money requested' °j n .this ordinance
' with the addition 'of a sum of money to be , furnished by the - .
United States Goverment under it' s i'PA :program, iva1 build,
and erect a garage of• suitable size 'to store said 'trucks
