AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS
(: 2,000.00) , OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND. OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, OR THE YEAR 1936, TO ,THE"ACCOUNT OF•. TRAFFIC, GUIDES,
AND DECLARING AN EXTRA ORDINARY EMERGENCY'EXISTING FOR THE
SAIUT.
Section 1. BE IT '.ORDAINED by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, 'that the sum ofTwo
Thousand=- (02,000.00.) Dollars, be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the general Fund
of the City of. Richmond, Indiana, to the Account
of Traffic Guides.
Section 2. The appropriation of the. above named sum of
:. . money is hereby declared to be an- extra ordinary
emergency which has arisen in the operation of
the said department , since the adoption of the
Annual Budget for, the year 1936.
Section 3. . This :Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, and the approval of
the Mayor, and the State Board -of Tax Commissioners,
and due publication as required by law.
Passed by the Common Council of the City .of Richmond, Indiana,
this 4th' day of May, 1936.
