AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF 'TREE. THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED EIGHTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($3487.00) , OUT OF THE GENERAL
FUND OF THE CITY: OF RICHMOND, .INDIANA, TO. TT-TR. ACCOUNT OF
PARK DEPARTN[NT, AND DECLARING. AN EXTRA ORDINARY. EMERGENCY
EXISTING FOR THE SAME.

WHEREAS, It is deemed advisable and desirable to remodel
the Superintendent of Parks home in Glen Miller Park,
into a Community :Center, Now Therefore',
Section 1. BE IT .ORDAINED,by the Common 'Council_ of the
City ,of Richmond, Indiana, that the sum. of
Three ,Thousand Four Hundred .Eighty. Seven
.($3,487.00). Dollars, be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the General Fund
• _ of:,the City;.,of Richmond, Indiana, 'to: the
Account " of-Park Department..
Section 2. The appropriation of the above named sum of
money is hereby declared an extra ordinary
emergency which has arisen in the operation
• of the`. said department, since the adoption.
' of' the Annual Budget. ,for'the year 1936. •
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and the
approval Of -the Mayor and the State Board of
Tax Commissioners',: and due publication as
required by law.
