AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE HUNDRED
DOLLARS ($500..00 ) •AS TRAVELING 'EXPENSES FOR ELLIS
DUCKET.T, TO ATTEND A POLICE TRAINING ,SCHOOL TO :BE.
• HELD IN WASHINGTON, D.C. • FOR I PERIOD ,OF 12 'WEEKS, -
BY THE INSTRUCTIONAL DEPARTMENT OF THE FEDERAL
BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION. • •
Section 1. Be It Ordained by the Common Council of
the City' of Richmond, Ind:iana ' that the
. sum .of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)
• be and the same"is hereby appropriated
out out of the General Fund of the City of
Richmond;,' to,the' Account of Police.
- . - =Department,':;said- 'funds to be used .for
the purpose of defraying traveling
expenses of Ellis Duckett, to attend a
Police Training School to be held :in.
Washington D. C. for a ,period of 12` weeks,
- by the instructional Department of the
Federal Bureau of Investigation, and
declaring an extra ordinary emergency
existing for the same.
Section 2. This ordinance .shall' be .in 'full force - -
