FIFTY DOLLARS ($3,750.00) OUT- OF THE GENERAL FUND OF T.riE
CITY OF RIC}WOND, INDIANA, TO THE ACCOUNT ,OF NEW POLICE
RADIO STATION, AND D 'DECLARING" AN .EXTRA ORDINARY"EMERGENCY •
EXISTINB FOR,TEE SAKE.
Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED ;by the Common Council of the
City of Richmond, Indiana, ,that the sum of
Thirty Seven Hundred Fifty 'Dollars '($3,750.00) ,
be and the same is hereby appropriated out of
the ":General.Fund of the City of . Richmond ,
Indiana, to the Account. of New Police Radio
Station. `

Section 2. The appropriation of the above named :sum of.
r mon.ey is hereby declared to be an extra
ordinary emergency existing which has arisen
• since the adoption of the Annual Budget for •
