AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF THE, SUM OF
TWENTY THREE THOUSAND FIFTY DOLLARS, (fii3;050.00)
OUT OF THE GENERAL FUND OF THE MUNICIPAL, ELECTRIC
LIGHTING AND POWER PLANT OF THE CITY- OF RICHMOND,
INDIANA, TO THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNTS:
r'? . Section .i-. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common.Council, of
the City of Richmond, .Indiana, that the.
following sums of money be and the same
is hereby appropriated out of the General
Fund. of ` :the Municipal Electric Lighting
• and Power Plant to the following accounts:
General d- $2,800.00
• Donation to Civil City 5,250.,00
Construction _ ' :. 15,000.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage
and the approval of the Mayor.
