has been paid into the said General Fund, by 'V;ayneCounty, '.

WIEREAS, '`.ayne County, Indiana, ;has heretofore paid to
the General Fund of the City of Richmond, Indiana, the sum
of $1,200.00 for the payment, of one operator<. in the main- • . •
tenance of the. Police Radio broadcasting • station, and
Whereas, ' the said. City of Richmond, Indiana, is obligated
• for the :payment of said operator and no•,. appropriatioiz,
having been made in the annual budget of said City for
