AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, ARTICLE 9, SECTION 9-6--4

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, as follows:
Re eal of Section 9-6-~ (In ordinance #766, assed
Jul 2, 1973): Section 9-6-4, contained in Ordinance

#766, passed July 2, 1973, is hereby repealed.

Fixed on Vehicles
zone: No owner or operator shall operate nor perm~.t
to operate machinery located on ~:Ar in any truck., truck
cab, truck trailer, or other vehicle, whether. self-
propelled or not, in or within 600 fleet of any resi-
dential zone as defined in Chapter 8 of the Codified
Ordinances of the Village after the hour of 10:30 p.m.,
except while the vehicle is moving upon the streets.
Severance: If any part. of this Ordinance shall for any
reason be held invalid, such decision shall not effect
the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance.
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective from
and a ter xts passage, approval and publication and shall
be numbered as Ordinance No. °~ ~; .
